How do I dispose of a nonworking Micro Cool Mini Fridge to keep it out of the landfill?

I have a Micro Cool Mini Fridge that stopped working. The retailer is sending me a new one but I want to dispose of the old one without environmental damage.|||u can sold it to the scrap seller ..........he can make better use of ur fridge without any environment related problem.
