How long should I spend on a mini trampoline a day to lose weight?

I am 13, 5 3, and weigh 138. This week i bought a mini trampoline. How often a day would i have to use it to lose weight? How long do you think it will be until i see results?|||Intensity supercsedss time. However since I assume you don't have a heart rate monitor you should go for about 30 minutes a day at an intensity that makes it so you can not say no more then three words at time the entire time. On a scale between 1-10 1 being laying on the couch 10 being the hardest you ever worked in your life you want to be about a 7. This may be difficult at first and you may need to start closer to a 5 at first. At least 5 days a week for best results but do what you can when you can. I am sure you have heard lower intensity exercises uses more fat for energy but since you burn way more calories at higher intensities you lose more weight and get in better shape far faster.
