What exercises should i do on my mini trampoline?

I have a mini trampoline, one of the little fitness ones, and have been bouncing up and down on it. Does anyone know of any sites or other exercises i can try on it.|||intersperse bouts of jumping with jogging|||see astha channel|||Work on doing a complete flip. Thats all the way around.|||You can execute many upper-body resistance exercises to boost your calorie expenditure and increase our strength. Bicep curls, hammer curls, standing horizonal pec flyes, rear flyes, shoulder presses, lateral raises and retraction exercises are among the more popular while on the trampoline.





Here is a complete list, but stick to those that can be perfomed with free-weight and standing and adapt them to the trampoline with light weights and high reps.

.|||hello mostly u can only go up an down so..... try this if you have some weights lighter ones 2-5 lbs while jumping grab the weights


do arm raises


do frontal arm extensions ( w/or ow out weights)


keep ur top torso still while twisting your waist


jumping jacks


jogging in place
