I have a couple of packets of mini eggs left over from Easter. Do you think they would taste good in a cookie recipe?|||They're fantastic in cookies, just make sure that the cookie batter is a thick one, so that they don't stick too much out of the cookies. I really like using them in peanut butter or oatmeal cookies, although if I'm making regular chocolate chip cookies with the eggs I tend to make giant ones instead of the standard sized ones.
