What is the difference between buffalo worms and mini mealworms?

Is there any difference between a buffalo worm and a mini mealworm? The price makes no difference to me as the place I go to that sells them both has 40g tubs for the same price. Is one easier to digest, nutritionally better etc.?|||just different tastes, and im not sure but it good be size aswell.|||Other than the size and taste:

Mealworms have a higher fat content, they can cause an animal to be overweight if given nothing else.

Buffalo worms have a softer exoskeleton, young animals can find the exoskeletons of mealworms too hard to digest, causing impaction in the stomach.

These differences are only very slight though, the two larvae are very similar.|||they are similar, however buffalo worms are much larger than mini meal worms.
