What's the easiest way to roll out mini tart dough?

I make mini pecan tarts every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but it's so time-consuming to put the dough in the mini tart pan.





Typically, I take a small ball of dough and flatten it in the mini cup holder to make the shell. When I have to do this at least 24 times (I never make less than 2 dozen) it takes a long time!





Is there a better and faster way to do this? Are there kitchen tools that will help?|||nope been working in a bakery for a while and we still use our hands to put the mini tart shell in the aluminum cups.. its just something that takes time.. have fun|||I would roll all the dough out and cut out circles to fit the pans. You may have to find something slightly larger than the tart pans to cut them out.
