How should I do with my new mini market?

I just started a mini market recently. But now I have a problem to set the price. There is a supermarket close to my mini market and their price are so cheap. I don't think we can compete with them in term of price. Some of the product they even sale below our cost price. I can't withdraw now because everything already setup. Do you got any idea what should I do in order to survive and growing rapidly?
