How would I make mini jet engine turbine blades at home?

I want to make a mini turbojet at home. What good manufacturing techniques at home should I use?? And again, how do I make the turbine blades?|||first you need very precise mold(s) in the shape of the blades. I would say use one mold only to make 4, 6 or 8 very similar blades.





You then need a way to prepare the finished blades for exact balance.





Perfect balance is needed, because imperfect balance would vibrate a connecting shaft, then vibrate an engine, which could lead to engine or blade failure at very high speeds.





next you need very pure carbon and a slow curing epoxy.





Mix the carbon and epoxy and pour into the mold. Level out the mold and somehow mark or remember up to what level you fill the mold. Or engineer the mold so that it fills in the same for every blade.





As for how much carbon and epoxy to mix..that would have to be researched or done by trial n error. I would suggest starting at 50/50 or 75/ 50 carbon to epoxy. I know from experience though that high amounts of epoxy cause more an object to be heavier.

Finally the blades need to be housed, for forced directional purpose, and to protect the user from failures.





What would u use to power your minijet? Look into RC engines. Then decide on fuel or electric. Electric would weigh more and need more lift, while fuel use will be lighter but danger of explo_sion.
